Czech Republic, South Moravia, in the Znojmo region in the cadastre of the village of Tesetice.

Vinohrad “Stara Vinice” - sandy, clayey sediments and sandy terraces, covered by loess & black earth.

Cellar - 14 days carbonic maceration then 8 months in old smaller oak barrels, bottled with the addition of must from the same vintage, which ensured sparkling.

Bottled without filtration and added sulfur.
